 A new school year is almost here, and we want to begin it with prayer! Next Sunday, we invite all students to wear their backpacks to worship for our Blessing of the Backpacks. Together, we’ll pray for our students as they head into a new year of learning, growing, making friends, and discovering new possibilities. Whether this is the first day of kindergarten, another year of high school, or any other school, we want every student to know that their church family is cheering them on and praying for them. We're also going to pray for our teachers and staff. Bring your backpack and join us as we ask God to bless our students, their teachers, school staff, and everyone who helps them learn and grow. Every students gets a free gift to remember that Jesus is always with them. Come ready for a great school year—and don’t forget your backpack! Categories
