Registration Requirements
The Methodist Day School is open to all children ages 2 years through 4 years old regardless of race, color, sex, religion, or national origin. To be eligible for enrollment, children must be TWO (2) years old by September 1st of the current school year and walking independently. The number of children enrolled is limited to provide a safe and comfortable child-staff ratio.
For enrollment in the 3 year old classroom, the child must be THREE (3) years old by September 1st of the current school year. For the 4 year old classroom, children must be FOUR (4) years old by September 1st of the current school year. Children enrolling in these classrooms must be independently toilet trained. The child must be able to recognize the need to use the restroom, express the need to the teacher, and hold it until reaching the restroom outside the classroom.

Blue Room - Older 4 year olds (DOB in September-March)
Monday-Thursday - 8:30am-2:00pm -

Monday and Wednesday - 8:30am-12:00pm -

If you would like to enroll or if the classroom you would like is FULL, please fill out a waiting list form and EMAIL it back to the school. Available openings will be filled by those students on the waiting list.

What to Bring on Enrollment Day:
On the day of Enrollment, parents must provide the following:
* Copy of Birth Certificate
* Updated Immunization Record
*Documentation with Bank Routing and Checking Information
* Enrollment fee - $160.00 (Cash or Check only) FOR Red, Yellow and Green and
$185.00 for Blue and Purple
